A: Yes, you may download all the software you need and view the videos within the control panel.
Q: I really like this program. Are future upgrades free?
A: Yes, once purchased you are entitled to free upgrades. New material is constantly added as DVD Copy technology evolves.
Q: My computer crashed and i need to re-download the program that I purchased. How can i do this?
A: Use the contact form and send us a message with your full name and email address. We can then verify you in records as a purchaser and we will immediately send you the download link. Not to worry.
Q: How often to do you update and add more software and video tutorials?
